• Apply online.
• If you are applying for a degree program, you will need to provide official transcripts from all colleges or universities that you have attended. Download an official transcripts request form.
• Degree candidates may be eligible for federal financial aid. If you would like to apply for federal financial aid, you will need to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You can apply online here: studentaid.gov. The Bellevue University school code is 002538.
• Your Enrollment Counselor will help you complete the registration process.

Definitions of Employment Status:

Full-time Player: Any player on the roster of a Championship or League One Team that is a member of the USL Players Association.

Full-time Staff: Any full-time staff member of a Team or Club within the USL ecosystem, to include all USL properties.

Part-time Player: Any player on the roster of a Championship or League One Team that is NOT a member of the USL Players Association (e.g. Loan or Academy players).

Part-time Staff: Any staff member of a Team or Club within the USL ecosystem that is considered part-time by employment definitions.

Family Member: Limited to an employee's spouse, dependent children, parents, and siblings.

Season Ticket Member: Limited to season ticket members of USL ecosystem teams.
